Jennifer Aniston’s Favourite Breakfast Smoothie

You guys loved our post on Blake Lively’s favourite smoothie last Monday, so we decided to feature one loved by another SoSueMe girl crush, Jennifer Aniston!

If you have a sweet tooth, you will love Jennifer’s favourite smoothie as it seems more like a desert than a health kick.

Here’s what you need:

1 cup of chocolate almond milk

1 cup of frozen cherries

1/2 frozen banana (make sure you peel and chop it first before placing in the freezer)

Handful of blueberries

2-3 drops of chocolate Stevia

5 sprouted almonds (To sprout raw almonds, all you have to do is soak them overnight in water. They are easier to digest when sprouted and also much creamier when blended.)

1 scoop cocoa flavoured protein powder,

1/2 tablespoon Maca powder

Handful of ice

Starting with liquids, place the ingredients in the blender!
