The stars donned their best dresses and hit the red carpet for the MTV Movie Awards last night in LA. Aside from those that the golden popcorns, fashion was a big winner last night as the gals and guys looked their very best for the event.
The undisputed queen of awards season this year, Lupita Nyong’o, went for a colourful Chanel dress and bright blue heels.
Rihanna decided on the sexy, sultry look, with an Ulyana Sergeenko bustier and robe complimented by a pair of chic Manolo Blahnik shoes. Jessica Alba looked very cute and summery in her skirt and crop top, while Amber Stevens decided to keep it simple and elegant all in white.
Shailene Woodley, fresh off the promotional tour for her big movie, Divergent, was rocking a military style outfit that would have been right at home in the movie and Leslie Mann was looking great in her Juan Carlos Obando polka dot dress.
Victoria Justice (who could double for a younger Eva Longoria!!) stood out from the crowd in her Atelier Versace dress, while Nicki Minaj was almost unrecognisable as she went for a very sombre and toned down look in her black Alexander McQueen dress.
Ellie Goulding looked beautiful in her Giorgio Armani dress and Jimmy Choo’s and Rita Ora looked all kinds of sexy on the night. There were plenty of other outfits to admire too, but the best dressed was no doubt the one and only….Grumpy Cat! Rocking a Pharrell hat, he stole the show and the limelight as he made his way up the red carpet, but still couldn’t manage a smile!!
