Back in July we told you that Cameron Diaz had signed on as the creative director for footwear brand, Pour La Victoire. Well she has just released the first product of her role with the brand. The actress says she has been streamlining the brand and giving it “it’s own identity” and along with this came her own shoe line.
Much of the line features a quirky signature style, with monochrome designs, peep toes and ankle straps featuring heavily. Cameron says she worked long hours in the studio to create a line of footwear she was happy with, but does not want to put her name or face to it. She explains saying “I don’t want girls to aspire to be me. That’s not what the brand is about……I want them to see themselves in this shoes”.
