One of Lady Gaga’s favourite designers has been chosen to collaborate with River Island.
Liz Black designed the ‘circle dress’ that Gaga wore to an appearance in London in 2011.
Now Liz is coming on board as part of River Island’s Design Forum collaborations.
Liz, who is known for her print designs, drew inspiration from the last Russian imperial family and integrated the look of Russian muffs and Fabergé egg designs into her collection.
Liz Black’s nine piece collection will include dresses, outerwear, separates and accessories and will début in store and online in September.
An official launch of the Design Forum collaboration will take place during London Fashion Week’s film event.
