Katy Perrys love life might be more up and down than steady lately but there’s no denying her growing business empire. She already has a perfume and eyelash range, as well as her previous campaigns with GHD hair straighteners. Now the pop singer is moving on to jewelry.
According to MTV style Ms Perry has teamed up with accessories giant Claires Accessories to create her own accessories line. This sounds like a match made in colourful bubbly heaven. Claires being the go-to store for tweens across America and Europe to indulge in cute and girly, bright and sparkly, age appropriate accessories.
Katy being the bright and colourful performer herself is sure to bring a fun line of bits and bobs. The collection is said to be based on her latest album – Prism.
Judging by her two released music videos for Roar and Dark Horse, We’re picturing tribal themed pieces and Egyptian head-wear.
The collection will apparently run for 2 years, meaning Katy will be adding and updating her collections right up til 2016.
We may have to start shopping there again girls. If Katys not too old for Claires, then neither are we.
