While our eyes were most certainly on the frocks at the Met Gala a few nights ago (read here) , One thing that also takes our attention is the HAIR. Celebs red carpet style can influence our own style. Anything we can recreate to feel VIP like them.
And one trend we noticed on the carpet this year was – The Hair Braid.
A casual twist when paired with the elegant and haute-couture.
Kristen Stewart, Joan Smalls and Emma Stone all sported braids in their hair and we give this look a serious thumbs up. The messier the better it seems.
Kristen opted for a messy fish tail braid with a front hanging piece in her newly dyed red hair, while Emma went for a simple side braid. Joan smalls chose a neater sleek braid (above).
Next time you’re on a night out why not opt for a girly flirty braid instead of regular up-do’s or curls?
