The actress made her red carpet comeback in a gorgeous black lace Dolce & Gabbanna number, at the Jupiter Ascending premiere.
Mila showed off her post baby body in a fitted corseted effect dress, with full tulle skirt and completed the look with show stopping black lace peep toe shows by Christian Louboutin.
