What I Wore: Matching Check Suit & Nude Stilettos!

Sunday… usually a day for family and chill out time.

Every Sunday, when I was a kid, we used to put on our best clothes, head to morning mass, and then out for a bite to eat afterwards. I always vividly remember my mum making such a huge effort of a Sunday to look her absolute best, and ensuring that myself, Robert and Carla looked our best too! (Katie came a few years later haha).

Most of my Sunday’s now usually consist of, PJ’s, Dominos Pizza (with a hangover of course), the couch, no makeup and endless movies – but last Sunday, for once, I actually had a fresh head and wanted to look my best like old times!

So, I headed into my beauty room/wardrobe space, and decided on this fab two piece check suit that I recently purchased from River Island. I love preppy, effortless, chic style, and I thought this suit ticked all those boxes perfectly!

I didn’t want to pair the suit with a shirt as it would look too ‘officey’, so instead, because I was heading out for dinner with my family, I decided to add a crop top and nude stilettos, for a more relaxed, chic vibe.

I actually felt great about myself that day! This suit is so fitted, comfy, stylish and such a #BOSS outfit 😉
