I love Saturdays – I generally have a bit of a lie on, get up…. have a cup of tea and some porridge, check my emails and play with my harper & Coco (my two Maltese) When I’m finished, I have my shower and get dressed for the day!
When choosing what to wear, I looked out the window and saw that the weather today was going to be one of those days where it could either beam down sun or lash rain at any given time. In the end, I opted for this casual, yet stylish outfit. When the weather is like that (esp in summer months), it is always better to go with light coloured fitted pair of jeans, a casual T and a statement jacket. That way if it’s sunny and you have your coat off – you still look stylish and not too wintery, and if the rain is pouring down, well you have your nice statement jacket to wrap up in whilst still looking on-trend.
I actually got this jacket the other day in River Island! When I entered the shop – it was the first thing that caught my eye. Personally I feel you should always invest in good, statement jackets approaching A/W, becuase a stylish jacket will always finish off an outfit to perfection! I love the oversized, masculine preppy style and so I picked up this jacket straight away and knew it was going to be one of my purchases that day.
While I was there, I also picked up another pair of the mollie jeans – OMG seriously I cannot get enough of the River Island Mollie range of jeans – they are simply the best jeans ever. Why you say? Well first of all – they fit like a glove, they are super soft – which makes them so comfortable, they’re super stretchy and they never ever go baggy or loose their shape throughout the day or after washing them – RESULT.
They have quickly become my staple jeans and I love in them, you might actually remember me wearing my black ones in my outfit post down in Galway last week?

Bought those shoes last wk,total impulse buy at the time but i love them! def need pop socks tho!

Do u wear socks with the shoes..i think id have a tonne of blisters on my heels if i wore them..they look really hard?? Jeans are AMAZING xx
