Tulisa Steps Out Looking Like The X-Factor Logo!

Tulisa (23) stepped out last night to launch her new fragrance The Female Boss at The Perfume Shop on Oxford Street in London.

The perfume maybe nice but the dress – NO! Someone call the fashion police- she even matches the wallpaper.. or some might say the X-factor logo!

This girl has NO style! Did anyone see that horrid green dress on Sunday night? She looked like a Christmas tree!
