Giuliana Rancic – Baby Boy’s First Pic!!

Giuliana and Bill Rancic welcomed their first child on August 29th, and are proud to show off their bundle of joy on the cover of Life & Style magazine.

Baby Edward Duke was born with the help of a surrogate mum and Giuliana is over the moon at the arrival of her son.

“I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life – and it’s true,” the 37-year-old E! News host tells the mag. “I love my baby, and I love my new role.”

The couple had battled sickness and disappointment at every turn while trying to concieve and made public the details of their attempts in an effort to highlight how some couples struggle. Their honesty has paid off now though and the couple are completely in love with their son.

“I couldn’t believe that all those years of struggling and the tears actually paid off,” she expressed. “Every shot, every doctor’s visit — in the end, when you’re holding your baby in your arms, you forget it all, and it’s worth it.”
