Solange Knowles married her video director hubby, Alan Ferguson, just two days ago in New Orleans.
Solange went for a non traditional day, which was reflected in her choice of wedding attire.
The bride sported a cream Stephane Rolland jumpsuit with a cape attached, which blew in the wind while the couple were pictured riding matching white bicycles.
Keeping the modern look in mind, all 100 guests, including Beyonce and Jay Z, wore different shades of white.
The bride changed into a Humberto Leon floor length wedding gown and cape, adorned with gold jewellery, for the couples entrance.
Official snaps of Solange posing with mother Tina, maid of honour Beyonce, and the rest of her bridal party, which were shot for Vogue have appeared online.
The media presence didn’t infringe though, as the laid back vibe continued throughout the after party, where guests indulged in traditional Southern food including shimp and grits, oysters and bread pudding.
Wedding guests were then loaded into three party buses, and danced through the streets, where a live band played for 10 blocks!
Sounds like a party!
