Liam Hemsworth,ex-fiancé of Miley Cyrus, has finally spoken about his split from the popstar, which took place last year, and despite being the obvious subject of some of her songs since, he remains very loyal to Miley!
The ‘Hunger Games’ actor got engaged to the singer, who described him as her “first serious boyfriend”, after three years of seeing each other in June 2012, though just over a year later the two parted ways.
Despite the split, it seems they are still on good terms with one another, as Page Six reportedly heard Liam saying that he and Miley would “always be best friends”.
“Liam kept raving about how amazing she was, how much they clicked and understood everything about each other.”
Liam was also described the connection he had with Miley as “instantaneous and powerful”. While Miley was hospitalised after suffering an allergic reaction to antibiotics in April, Liam lent her his support and was keeping in contact with her to make sure she was OK.
“Though Liam and Miley had a rocky split and have not been in communication since the two parted ways, he became very concerned for her health and wellbeing, and put their issues aside to put in a call.”
Miley previously stated since the break up that she thought she would die if she wasn’t in a relationship or doing Hannah Montana, but now she is “free of both those things and doing fine.”
