After months of speculation regarding the UK judging panel of hit talent show The X Factor and the revelation that Simon Cowell is set to return as a judge, it was announced yesterday that Nicole Scherzinger will not be returning to the show this year. Simon took to Twitter to release the news saying “thank you Nicole for everything”.
He also recently confirmed that he is in talks with Cheryl Cole hoping that she will return to the show and take Nicole’s place. After her fiasco with the American version of The X Factor it is hard to say how that will go, but to keep us guessing Simon has added that “he hopes to share some very very exciting news with you next week”. Hmmm, looks like this year’s panel is going to look very different. Watch this space!
