Red Carpet Report – Venice Film Festival

This week saw the stars descend on Venice for it’s 69th International Film Festival. Hollywood’s elite, as well as the best of the fashion industry, turned on the style on the red carpet, promoting new films and showcasing the latest trends.

Kate Hudson has shone this past week in the Italian sun, wowing paparazzi wherever she went. The sheer gown she wore to the opening turned heads as the 33 year old actress walked the red carpet, as did the white Gucci blazer and pants to a post screening photoshoot.

Also making a somewhat rare appearance these days was Winona Ryder, along with co-stars Ray Liotta and Michael Shannon, promoting The Iceman, a true story of a serial killer in New York who murdered over 100 people in the 70′s and 80′s!!! Brit Marling was also present promoting the film in a white Gucci gown.

Naomi Watts was accompanied by husband Liev Schrieber to the premiere of The Reluctant Fundamentalist, wearing a nude Marchesa gown. She has also been snapped out shopping and soaking up the sun in the Italian town.

Model Kasia Smutniak has been present at a few photocalls showing off some of the latest Valentino range.

Eleonora Carisi was looking gorgeous at the premiere of Superstar at the festival.

Fiammetta Cicogna wore Alberta Ferretti to the premiere of The Reluctant Fundamentalist, also turning heads in a lace sheer topped gown, then managed to pull off sexy & casual with her sailor-esque outfit and bag!

Zac Effron turned up at the premiere of At Any Price with actress Maika Monroe and looked to be enjoying himself in front of the cameras.

Florence Welch, not one to shy away from bold, eye-catching outfits, wore this Miu Miu top and pants at the festival. Contender for worst dressed or do you guys like her style??!
