REVIEW: Aloe Vera Based Products!

So on and off for the past few weeks I have been trailing two Aloe Vera based products from a company called Forever Living and I am pretty impressed. One of the products has become an every day product for me. Forever Living offer a host of Aloe-Vera products which include skincare items, weight loss products, personal cosmetic items and nutritional supplements. I love these products because of all the natural ingredients, plus they refuse to use animal testing- that’s a major plus in my book!! Looking after your skin is SO important, so you should always try to better your products and make sure you are doing the best you can for your skin!

A lovely girl named Aoife (Aloe By Aoife is the Facebook page) who is a distributor for the Forever Living contacted me and asked if I would like to review some of their stuff – I was delighted to. I chose these two products and here is what I thought..

First up: Aloe Nourishing Serum €44.74

This product has actually become an every day must for me!

I use this serum under my make-up as a primer and moisturiser and it works really well!!  It’ very hydrating and can be used at night time also – so already you are nailing two pros in one bottle. I love how soft this makes my skin feel, I use this every day in conjunction with my Vichy moisturiser!

What’s in it and what does it do?

Aloe Nourishing Serum contains white tea extract – which  preserves and replenishes your skin’s moisture, maintaining its youthful appearance. The serum is a  lightweight formula and really is effortless when applying. I find it very hydrating and I love the smell

Secondly: Relaxation Massage Lotion (body cream) €23.35

The main thing I love about this massage lotion (body cream) is it’s non-sticky formula and the  non oily residue most creams give off!! I HATE sticky creams, I’m sure you all know that by now! It’s also really hydrating also and can be used over to help maintain a tan ( real or fake).

What’s in it and what does it do?

Forever Living has combined the soothing, skin-conditioning benefits of aloe vera, essential oils, white tea and fruit extract to create this emollient, non- greasy, body mosituriser. This lotion conditions and soothes the skin.

It is a good product – but I do prefer my Ziaja body butter for €7.99 (Read Here), but never the less it is a good product, especially with all the natural ingredients in there.
