Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes to split!!!

After five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are to go their seperate ways. The couple wed in 2006 and have one child, Suri who is six years old, together.

A lawyer for Katie, Jonathon Wolfe stated  “This is a personal and private matter and the 33-year-old actress’ main concern was her young daughter.” A spokesman for Tom had this to say “Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy.”

This is the third time Cruise will be divorced, and the actor has two other children from his previous marriage to Nicole Kidman.

Cruise is one of the highest paid actors in the world, while Katie rose to fame on tv’s Dawson’s Creek before moving on to movies like Batman Begins and Dont Be Afraid of The Dark.
