Which Geordie Shore Cast Member has Quit the Show?!

Geordie Shore, is basically the English version of Jersey Shore! If you’ve never heard of Geordie Shore, which I’m sure you all have, its basically about nine, twenty something year olds living in a house in Newcastle, who go out every night and get absolutely mortal! The show has everything! Between drama, lovers tiffs, and of course hilarious drunken conversations, Geordie Shore has been one of thee most controversial British shows on the box, and its just about to become even more controversial as a cast member has decided to leave the show.

The cast of nine is soon to become eight as tanaholic Jay has announced he is leaving the show… But why?!

Jay took to his official twitter account earlier today to break the news to heartbroken fans;

Its true I’m leaving Geordie Shore this series. I’ve had a mint time and will miss everyone loads. Thanks to all my fans! ‬

He then added;

I can’t reveal exactly what happens but all I can say is I go out with a bang! Keep watching on Tuesdays @ 10 to find out the story!

Jay then exclusively revealed that he will in fact have his very on reality TV show;

However I’m excited about my new reality TV show!! Stay tuned…

However, Jay told MTV exactly why he wants to leave the show, and this reason is…. His girlfriend Chloe!

Jay told MTV;

‘I really enjoyed being part of the Geordie Shore family but now it’s time for me to concentrate on my relationship. I have a serious girlfriend now and want to spend time with her.’

He then went on to say that his exit won’t be a quite one, and that he’s going out with a bang;

‘I love watching the show, Cancun was amazing and I can promise you my good-bye is action packed and emotional. It will be a bit weird to watch Geordie Shore once I’ve left but I am very grateful for the opportunities the show has given me and I love all my fans.’
