Why Veneers Are The Latest Celebrity Trend!
Veneers have been the latest celebrity trend, with the likes of TOWIE stars, Hollywood A-listers, and the odd Irish Z-lister, splashing out to get that perfect Hollywood smile.
Danielle Lloyd is the latest celebrity to join in on the crave, as she splashed out a cool £7,000 on a brand new set of poreclain veneers from Harley Street Smile Clinic in London.
So what exactly are veneers?
Porcelain dental veneers can be used to correct a number concerns you may have about your teeth. Veneers are ultra-fine facings of porcelain, hand crafted by master dental technician and are used to cover the front surfaces of teeth and disguise underlying cosmetic concerns.
Veneers come in three different shades:
- Hollywood shade
- White shade
- Natural shade
The Hollywood shade have been thee most popular in the Harley Street Smile Clinic, as veneers expert Jill Haldane told me:
The Hollywood smile shade is definitely the most popular. Many people think that, if their spending thousands on veneers, they may as well push the boat out, and get the whitest shade available.
So Jill, what celebrities have visited the clinic over the recent years?
Oh, we’ve had them all from TOWIE stars Chloe Sims, Lauren Pope, Sam Faiers and Frankie Essex, to X Factor star Kitty Brucknell, who recently got her teeth whitened. We’ve also many more fimilar faces, but I’ve been sworn to secrecy!
So what exactly did Danielle Lloyd get done?
Danielle had 12 porcelain veneers (just over £7,000) to replace the 10 old ones she had, which were bulkier and discoloured.
