There are many reasons we want to go to Japan…the landscape, the culture, and the food, to name but a few.
Well now we’re adding cheesecake to that list!
If you’re an avid Instagrammer then you will no doubt have already seen videos of the famous ‘wobbly cheesecakes’.
Once those videos went viral, people went nuts trying to find out where the super-jiggly cheesecakes could be bought.
Unfortunately, they’re only currently available in Japan.
They’re made by a Japanese bakery company called Uncle Rikuro and it turns out they’re already very famous in Japan with queues of people lining up each day to buy one!
Unlike standard cheesecakes, the Uncle Rikuro cheesecakes are very ‘wobbly’ and best served warm.
