This evening I have some exciting news! I’m delighted to be able to tell you that I am the new ambassador for CLUSE Watches! Yay!! I am thrilled to be working with this international brand as I am a firm believer in quality for the best price and that’s what CLUSE offer!
I am also very excited about this new role because as most of my long-term readers will know, I am a BIG lover of watches and have worn CLUSE watches several times in the past.
Last week on my Instagram I posted a picture of my new mesh gold watch from their newly launched La Vedette range. Anyone who knows me knows this style is VERY me!
It’s classy with a vintage vibe and looks so stylish on. As I said in my Instagram post, I genuinely got so excited when it arrived because this is exactly the style I love!
The main reason I love this particular La Vedette model is because it reminds me of the watch my grandad used to wear and I loved it! His had a larger face but with the same strap, and with this smaller face on the CLUSE style, it makes it really feminine and classy looking.
Every time I look at, it really takes me back to when I was a kid, a nice warm feeling.
The vintage stye had a large round face, so as you can see, this new model from CLUSE’s La Vedette collection is definitely a nod to that vintage style as it has the same classic features but in a smaller size.
It’s definitely the kind of piece where the modern influence has merged with the vintage and I adore it. As it happens, the La Vedette collection was inspired by the style of Hollywood icons such as Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot, both of whom I always loved. So it really is a collection worth blogging about.
This watch style is so elegant and feminine which is why I think it would make for a beautiful wedding day timepiece also. I have been thinking a lot about my wedding jewellery and a classy, small watch is somehting I have been on the look out for, and this fits the type perfectly.
The La Vedette range are available here on the CLUSE website (it was launched just last week!) and they come in a variety of colours such as rose gold, black, silver and gold.
