Kris and Bruce Jenner have officially gone their separate ways. A judge has signed all of the legal documents and the date listed for the marriage to be terminated is March 23rd 2015., as there is a six month legal time constraint.
According to reports the split means that even though they never signed a prenup, Kris will keep the family home, while the rest of the assets have been divided up. In the terms of the deal, Kris has to pay Bruce $2.5 million to balance things out, though neither will receive spousal support.
Kris holds on to the newer cars which include a 2012 Rolls Royce, a 2014 Bentley and a 2014 Land Rover, while Bruce keeps his 2007 Harley Davidson and his 2011 Porsche. When it comes to their children, Kylie is the only one who still has to have a legal guardian, and because she is 17 they have agreed to joint custody and that neither parent has to pay the other child support.
In the documents, Kris cited “irreconcilable differences” for the divorce and listed June 1st as the date they separated. Though they have gone different ways and grown apart, they have said that they will always remain a family unit.
“But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.”
We hope they both find happiness whatever happens next.
