I have had such a mad busy week, but I am so looking forward to the weekend as I am off to Milan on Sunday with Aveda! I’ve never been there before but I’ve heard amazing things so I’m very excited to say the least.
For today’s post, I have a dupe (and an exciting giveaway) I want to tell you about!
You might remember a few months ago, I told you that my sister Carla left a tube of Dr Paw Paw clear lip balm at my house – well I started using it then and and have been hooked ever since. I have always been a massive fan of the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream and in my opinion, this is the perfect dupe for it, if not better, and a fraction of the price too!
Overall Dr Paw Paw is a multi-purpose product that can be used on the lips, cuticles, and skin.
There’s three types – the clear balm (my favourite), a tinted pinky/red balm and a tinted peach balm.
The latter two are great for giving lips and cheeks a subtle dewy colour – out of the two tinted balms, my fave has to be the peach one – it’s gorgeous on and gives that stunning peach tone to the lips. I always use it over my lippy too when my lips are chapped.
Another product the brand does is a leave in conditioner. I started to use it about a month ago and I can safely say it’s brilliant, especially for me as I had the ombre in my hair during the summer and my ends are gone very dry. When I used it first, it really reminded me of the Revlon Uniq 1 which is a big fave of mine!
The Dr Paw Paw conditioner takes care of things like heat-protection, frizz reduction, detangling, and it also has a really summery mango and coconut scent. I think you guys will love it, so if you see it in any of the pharmacies or Penneys, pick it up and let me know what you think!
Now for the great news!
