RTE’s Teresa Mannion …on Galway’s Salthill prom…in the eye of Storm Desmond…trying not to get blown out to sea while holding on to her hat and shouting at the camera “CROSSMOLINA HAS PRACTICALLY BEEN CUT OFF”, and rather memorably, “DON’T BE AN IMBECILE IN THIS WEATHER”, when referencing the people who went out swimming during the storm!
Seconds after the report, Twitter and Facebook went into virtual meltdown with memes, and not surprisingly a hilarious remix has emerged!
