Ruby Tysall, Clonaslee, Co. Laois.
I would love to see some tips about eating the right amount of calories for your exercise level- I know some people put themselves into starvation by accident, and I discovered recently I wasn’t losing weight because I simply wasn’t eating enough!
I’d also like to see something about some low-carb, low-calorie snacks that can help to keep someone full and satisfied for the whole day. It’s very difficult to eat a low calorie diet and be full- which can lead to snacking and overeating!!
One of the biggest things I’ve had problems with is portion control. Could Dylan possibly tell us any easy ways to make sure you eat the right portion so you can calculate calories? I know food scales are necessary with some things- but is there a way to measure (for example one fist worth of meat per plate, two of veg, etc) quantities of food easier to make sure we’re getting the balance right?
Thanks a bunch. I love both yours and Dylan’s posts! 🙂
Alison Mc Dowell, Kyle, Kinnitty, Birr, Co.Offaly. I really enjoy Dylan’s fitness blogs’ and are finding they are helping and motivating me more with my workouts and weight loss. I especially enjoyed the blog about the Nutrition supplements as I was always intrigued by them but never understood how they worked or what they did. I always crashed half way through a workout and never had as much energy as I wanted before working out so after reading the blog and seeing that there was a supplement that I was able to take to give me energy I was so excited to get a sample and try it and since using it I now see the difference it is made to that work out and ones without it. I will definitely be starting to invest in this supplement. I would love to see Dylan in the future do a post with exercises that would help to lose that stubborn weight on the stomach and some toning exercises for legs! 🙂 Thanks Dylan for the motivating fitness posts and helping with the beginning my weight loss and healthier me! 🙂

Dervilla O’ Reilly. Co. Cavan. I’ve recently took up weightlifting but I”m not sure of which exercises are the most effective, especially for building muscle on my arms and back. If he could give us some insight on that that would be great. Also food prepping. I am trying my hardest to shift weight on my tummy but I find it difficult to prep the right food – I follow bloggers who religiously prepare their meals for the week at the weekends, eating nothing but chicken and broccoli mostly. I just want to know if that is really an effective way to shift weight in that area. As every one says – abs are made in the kitchen! I basically want to know if that’s true, then how do you do it! Thanks 🙂 xx
