Chanel held their pre spring/summer 2015 show in Dubai this week and attracted stars like Freida Pinto and Tilda Swinton. Karl Lagerfeld transformed an area to give a very Chanel take on the Middle East. Middle Eastern carvings were adorned with the Chanel logo and even a quilted petrol can was featured!
The collection relied heavily on classic patterns, tweeds, floral styles, monochrome and chic colour palettes of reds and greys. Karl Lagerfeld says he wanted the collection to reflect the “modern” feel of the city of Dubai.
