A few days ago, we posted a piece about designer Zac Posen’s affordable bridal and occasion wear range for U.S. bridal chain, David’s Bridal. You guys loved it so we thought you might like to hear some more discount designer news! Some of you ladies may not be aware, but legendary bridal designer Vera Wang has also designed an affordable range for the store and has done so for a number of years.
The line is called White by Vera Wang and the autumn/winter 2013 collection is now available online at davidsbridal.com and Vera’s Spring 2014 line is also being eagerly awaited. Like Zac Posen’s offering the range is very reasonably priced and occasion wear and bridesmaid dresses are available for well under €200. It also comes in a variety of sizes from a US size 0 to a US size 26.
The collection focuses mainly on muted tones like ivory, silver, soft pinks and monochrome styles, but there is also an injection of colour. It also includes a line of shoes and accessories, from veils to belts.
Perhaps the best news is that the majority of the wedding dresses come in at €1,000 or under! So Vera Wang all round ladies?!
