Bridesmaids funny woman, Melissa McCarthy, is about to fulfil a long held dream.
The actress has revealed that she has always wanted to be a fashion designer and has recently signed a deal with Sunrise Brands, to create her own clothing collection.
Sunrise Brands work with labels such as Superdry and Seven7.
Melissa herself once studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and says she has been searching for the right manufacturer to work on her collection for years.
Although Melissa is interested in what she calls “changing the plus size game”, her range won’t just be limited to plus size clothing.
The line will launch with a sportswear range for Autumn/Winter 2015 at department and speciality stores in the U.S, Canada and the UK. Just who will carry this collection is yet to be decided.
