HTC has announced the arrival in Ireland of it’s award-winning HTC One flagship model in a sophisticated new Gold colour. Of course when I heard this, I instantly wanted it. Gold oozes luxury and in my opinion it such a gorgeous colour!
I was always an iPhone lover but I wanted a change and I needed a phone with a better battery life, so when I moved over to HTC, I didn’t know what to expect but I have to say, I was and still am super impressed. I originally had the HTC One Mini (pic below – it was silver) but when the HTC One came out in gold, I had to have it! 🙂
The HTC One (and mini) is such a good phone in general! What I love the most about it is the camera , the picture quality is sooo good you could nearly pass the pictures off as professional!
I also love Instagram on the HTC – it displays really cool big images and I always have my Instagram pictures feeding through on my blink-feed – which is like a live homepage feed on the front of your phone! It’s so cool!!
HTC One MINI
Now – I am no technology reviewer, but I will say one thing – when it comes to HTC, it’s not all about style and good looks, this latest addition comes with all of the features of the HTC One including HTC Zoe, HTC BlinkFeed and HTC BoomSound.
Might sound like gibberish to you if you aren’t a HTC user – but trust me… all these added features are amazing – HTC Zoe being my fav! HTC Zoe is a camera feature that acts like a little Instagram feature making it possible to add filters to your photos and videos and create an animated slideshow of previously captured content, which can also have a music soundtrack added to it.
One of my friends who also has a HTC made a video of us all on NYE using the Zoe feature and it was brilliant… I just tried to share it there in this blog post and for some reason I can’t – but trust me, it’s such a slick feature!

Have my HTC one since last June and it’s still as good as the day I got it battery wise…I’ve had a screen protector and cover on it since day 1 and it’s so sturdy and hard wearing. I also managed to drop it in a full sink of water over a month ago and because of its sealed design there was no damage and it still works perfectly… deffo can’t wait for what HTC have in store next xx
