We here at SoSueMe are HUGE fans of Depop.
Like most ladies, we’ve had our fair share of amazing buys (and some not-so-amazing buys) from the site, but this week we’ve been obsessing over the quirky vintage finds we’ve found on there, so we decided, why not do a blog post?
Of course, the only downside to Depop is that in most cases, particular where genuine vintage is concerned, there’s only one of each item available so you’ll have to be on the ball otherwise you’ll be left disappointed.
P.s. Don’t forget you can follow Sue on Depop at @sosueme_ie
Dita Von Teese
Yes THE Dita Von Teese is on Depop!
The Burlesque star sells off quite a lot of her vintage jewellery, as well as discontinued pieces from her lingerie range and other items such as books, sunglasses, etc. (Seriously, can you imagine owning a pair of Dita’s trademark sungalsses?)
Most purchases also come with a signed card from Dita.
If you’re looking for vintage-style furniture or quirky pieces for your home, then it would be worth having a sneaky peek at the Vintage Love Depop.
They don’t have a massive selection but it’s just the type of site where you would find an absolute star buy! If you spot something you like, don’t delay in buying it. They have 54,000 followers so good finds don’t remain available for long!
Alice and Maisie
Alice and Maisie are two style-loving siblings who sell as well as source vintage finds for their Depop followers.
They have a fab eye for vintage fashion so if you are a lover of unique pieces, then you should definitely take a look at this Depop.
The Little Deer
We became obsessed with this account the moment we saw those Clueless-inspired pins!
If ever you’re looking for a gorgeous retro-style card, then this is the Depop to check out as they have some seriously cute offerings for sale.
Peek A Boo Vintage
The Peek-A-Boo Vintage Depop still seems relatively new as they only have 12 items on their site, but as soon as we saw these 2 pieces, we knew you guys would love them so we decided they merited a place on this week’s list!
Carousel is another site that stocks a number of random vintage and retro-style gems, particularly in the homewares department. Your liable to find anything from a gorgeous pair of earrings to an old school desk lamp.
There isn’t a huge amount of stock, but again you never know what you might find when you look through its offerings! We instantly fell in love with this leather satchel.
