Slay Then Rosé! Frozen Strawberry Rosé Slushie!

Over 18’s only

rose

Monday is nearly over, and frankly, that’s the only excuse we need to whip up a Frozen Strawberry Rosé Slushie!

These are so easy to make, and if you’re a fan of Rosé, you will love them!

To make, you will need the following:

1 packet of frozen strawberries (you can use fresh strawberries if you wish)

Rosé wine (we went with Jacobs Creek) The amount you use depends on your own personal preference.

Ice. For the slushie effect, the ice should be crushed, but we took the easy way out this evening and went with cubed. We got the slushy effect from the frozen strawberries instead.

Mint leaves for garnish

Method

Pour the Rosé into a blender (we used a Nutribullet), and add the frozen strawberries. Blend for around 5-10 seconds.

Fill a glass with ice and pour the drink over it.

You can drain the pulp from the mix if you wish, but if you do so, the colour of cocktail won’t look as vibrant. (In image above, the mix in the small glass was drained, while the mix in the tall glass was not drained.)

For garnish, we used some mint leaves.

Now all you have to do then is sit back and enjoy!
