When it comes to beauty and fashion, there are three things I will always love… Kendall Jenner, dewy skin and the work of makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury, so when all three came together for the Donna Karan show at New York Fashion Week last Monday, tears of excitement were nearly shed!
Here is the low down on the MAC products Charlotte used when creating the gorgeous glow on Kendall and the other models walking the DK runway!
MAC Pro Longwear Concealer
After applying moisturiser to the face and decolletage, Charlotte then dabbed a little MAC concealer on the face where necessary.
Interestingly, she also revealed that she applied some concealer to the models brows so as to draw the focus away from them. Are we seeing a new trend here?
Strong brows have been a staple part of a makeup artists routine for so long now, but maybe a change is imminent.
MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pots
When I saw shots of Kendall being prepped for the Donna Karan show, I was struck by how subtle Charlotte had kept her eye makeup.
It was clear she was going for a young, fresh, dewy feel and I think it’s fair to say she achieved it!
For the eye makeup, Charlotte first used MAC’s Paint Pot in the shade Tailor Grey, a grey based taupe-brown, all around the eyes, before then adding a paler shade of brown, called Camel Coat, directly underneath the eyes.
A dusting of MAC eye-shadows in the shades, Electra and Crystal, were also applied.
Charlotte revealed her intention was to combine the matte eye-shadows with dewy skin so as to create a modern textured look.
She then applied some chocolate-brown MAC Mascara at the base of the lash line. 
To create the signature dewy glow, Charlotte used a product from her own range of makeup called Charlotte’s Magic Cream.
To enhance the dewyness on the cheeks, she then used a highlighter that was one shade lighter than each of the model’s skin tones.
After slicking on some pink lipstick, Charlotte then pressed some concealer onto the models lips using her finger, before then lightly dusting some MAC powder onto the lips to create a soft matte finish.
