Hello everyone, can you believe it’s August already. Wow.. what a quick summer that has been – let’s make this month a good one! Have you any exciting plans?

Last month I blogged my June favourites and lots of you loved it, so I am back again with my July faves! Being girls, I think we all love to know what each other love and rave about, so here are my must haves this month.

Beauty

1. No7 Dramatic Lift Mascara

dramatic lift mascara

I reviewed this mascara in July and I have been non stop using it. I think I might actually need a new one already. When I started using the new Dramatic Lift No7 mascara I feel in love with it straight away! Not only does it help lift lashes, creating the ultimate wide awake look, it also gives a weightless feel with no residue rubbing off underneath your lower lashes throughout the day. You can pick it up in Boots for €13 and you can check out my full review here if you want some more info before you buy.

2. Inglot Shadow 314

This is hands down my most used eye shadow. 314 is a gorgeous orange/peach tone that can be worn x3 ways. I either wear it all over the eye for a day look just to give my eye some colour or depth. It can also be worn as a beautiful transition colour for a warm smokey eye or as a pop of colour in the centre of the lid built around a smokey lid. I LOVE it and wear it all of the time.

If you were one of the girls asking me what shadow I have been wearing in my snaps (if I have any makeup on) then it was this tone!

3. SOSU Bright Lights

I don’t want to seem egotistic by posting my own brand in my monthly faves, but I havent blogged much about SOSU and this colour has been my ultimate FAVE all month. Bright Lights is one of those colours that goes with EVERYTHING. We havent had the best weather either and so this colour is nice for those in-between days.

In the sun, it’s shimmery and gold looking and in the shade or in our gloomy Irish weather, it’s a gorgeous bronze tone. It really is the perfect transition colour for Summer to Autumn and I love it. The good new is, it’s staying in my collection for A/W. Yay!

P.S: SOSU.ie is also launching soon 🙂

Fashion

1. River Island Espadrilles

river island shoes

I have not taken these off my feet. They are so bloody comfy and they go with everything too. Denim jeans, black jeans, jeggings, leather look jeans, cool tapered end tracksuits – you name it, these are versatile. Another bonus is they are super affordable (€30) and a total ringer for the Chanel espadrilles. So if you are looking for that shoe that goes with everything, pick yourself up a pair of these. You can buy them here.

NOTE: They are true to size.

2. Molly Jeans

Another something I have ben living in. I literally can not go into River Island without buying a pair of Molly jeans – I frickin’ LOVE them. Why? Ok so first of all they are super stretchy so they are so comfortable – I have flown 24 hours wearing Mollys. Secondly they suck you in all over – you feel great in them and lastly they wash AMAZINGLY well – they never loose their shape. I love my white ones, ripped denim and the black version. I also recently bough these bright blue ones and I love them. For €50, you can’t go wrong. You will have them forever!

3. Michelle Keegan Parka

Ok so we haven’t exactly had the best weather here in Ireland, have we. I have found myself reaching for a winter jacket on more than one occasion. Recently I got the new Lipsy by Michelle Keegan parka jacket and I adore it. It’s light weight, yet very cosy and warm too. I love the faux fur trim and because it’s black – it goes with everything!

You can buy one here.

And there you have it… what are your faves this month? Are any of these on your list?

Have a lovely long weekend guys!
