Candice Swanepoel Reveals Her Smoothie Secret!

With the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show coming up, the top V.S. angel’s have been fielding questions about their fitness and nutrition prep for the show!

Yesterday, one of the brands most recognizable faces, Candice Swanepoel, revealed to InStyle Magazine the recipe for her favourite daily smoothie.

She told the magazine,

“I love making smoothies! I make this one all the time which is great for your skin and helps to retain muscle after a workout.”

Candice is known for her killer abs which are the result of her commitment to healthy eating, yoga and a daily vigorous fitness routine.

32According to the model, this smoothie is an important part of her daily routine. Here are the ingredients she uses to make it.

Ingredients:
1 small pack of blueberries
6 large strawberries
1/2 cup of milk
1 scoop of whey protein powder
1/2 tsp of Maca powder
1 scoop of collagen powder
1/2 cup of water
Handful of ice

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, top with a handful of ice, then blend and enjoy.
