Our eyes are always on the fashion when it comes to award shows. And one theme we noticed among the stars at the Brit Awards was – Red Metallics.
An unusual choice for Spring considering we normally say goodbye to shiny fabrics after Christmas, However both Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Laura Whitmore were both sporting this red-hot look.
Metallics have been a huge theme on the red carpet circuit so far this year – with appearances at the Grammys also. This says to us fashion followers that this is one trend that ain’t going nowhere just yet.
Why not try a coloured metallic for a different night-time look? Pops of colour and pastel shades are all the rage right now for textured fabrics such as leather and sequins. It makes for an interesting combination of girly but edgy and rough.
