At the moment, there are a number of eyewear trends doing the celeb rounds, and if you’re not used to wearing them, it can be hard to know what to go for.
Here’s our advice. If you want something classic, we would recommend going for aviators. If you want something very current and bang-on-trend, then go for the cat eye frames. These are everywhere at the moment and there are tons of different styles to choose from too.

With some brands, even a simple scratch can affect the UV protection filter protecting your eyes and end up magnifying those harmful rays.

SoSueMe Tip:
If you have high cheekbones, it might be a good idea to steer clear of over-sized sunglasses as they will more than likely mark the tops of your cheeks. Similarly if you’re petite, it’s a good idea to avoid over-sized accessories in general, and this is especially the case for sunglasses. Oversized items can overwhlem a petitie shape and make you look shorter than you actually are.
Instead opt for medium size sunglasses so that they are in proportion for your height. Of course, it goes without saying that if you love the over-sized look then go for it! If however you’re unsure and want some guidance, we would recommend sticking to medium size frames.

SoSueMe Tip: If the tiny screws in your frames keep loosening, which can happen with inexpensive sunglasses, just apply a very small coat of clear nail polish over the screws. This will secure them firmly in place.
