I am obsessed with them, and I wear one nearly every day! There’s such a huge range of them on the market at the moment so you will definitely find one that suits your taste and personality. What’s more, they will never go out of style, so they really are worth the investment.
A leather jacket is every bit as fashionable now as it was ten years ago and will be ten years from now. Guaranteed!
Anyway, seeing as how I am practically a collector of them at this point, I figured I should compile a list of my favourites for A/W 14!
So here they are:
1. Amy Quilted Biker Jacket – Oasis €169
This is so comfortable yet so stylish, and I love its fab structure.
It certainly would not look out of place on a fashion runway and it will definitely be coming with me to New York next week!
2. Black Faux Fur Collar Biker Jacket – River Island €87
If you were to stylishly ‘winterize’ a leather jacket, this is how you would do it!
The brown faux fur collar makes it IDEAL for ladies who want to stay warm but stylishly bang-on-trend during the cold winter months, which, lets face it, will be kicking in from now on! I actually featured this on ,y blog a few weeks ago, and lots of you admired it.
3. Leather Look Biker Jacket with Structured Shoulder – ASOS €92.86
Now THIS is what I call structure!
From the high collar, right down to the sleeves, this is a must-buy for anyone who loves a stylish jacket with a strong structured shape.
It really reminds me of the fab Balmain jackets!
ASOS’s leather-look biker jackets are available in both light blue and light pink.
4. Leather Biker Jacket with Quilt Detail & Faux Fur collar – ASOS €142.86
Another hit from ASOS!
I love jackets that make a girl look effortlessly stylish, and this is definitely one of them.
How fab are the quilted panels on the shoulders and sleeves? I love it!
The faux fur collar is detachable so if you don’t want to wear it, you can easily remove it!
5. Black Leather-Look Turtle Neck Biker Jacket – River Island €80
I love the whole look of this jacket, from the asymmetric zip running up through the front to the stylish quilted panels, but what really made it stand out for me was the turtleneck.
I know the word ‘edgy’ gets bandied about a lot in the world of fashion, but there really is no other word to describe this piece. It’s edgy!
