You might have noticed earlier on my snapchat myself and Dylan were heading out to photograph an outfit. The sun finally came out this evening and after a million emails about this jacket I wore to dinner last Friday, I thought it would be the perfect time to get some shots so I could do a detailed outfit post.
I am such a big fan of royal blue, it has been one of my favourite colours for a long time, and after my severe hair change recently, I am noticing that lighter colours work really well against the blonde. Well that and nude lippy 🙂 So when I saw this jacket on Urban Outfitters website, I just HAD to have it.
I am also a sucker for tassels too, so when I noticed they were the big feature on this jacket, I added it to my basket straight away.

As you may know by now, I am also a lover of high waisted jeans. I think they compliment most figures and they give me that extra confidence boost around the tummy area too – they literally suck you in! High waisted jeans also elongate your figure and always give you a great butt too 😉
I teamed the jegging jeans, which are super comfy and stretchy, with this gorgeous open back shirt. In my opinion this is the perfect day-to-night outfit. I love the cut out detail at the back and if you are heading from a lunch date to the club with the girls – all you have to do is throw on some heels and this outfit is instantly glam, thanks to the back detail!
For during the day, I love a good pair of leather boots and so I went for opted for these ones which have a pointed toe – once again offering a more glam look, rather than a regular rounded boot.
To finish off the look I added this funky leather tassel bag for an extra chic glam factor. Tassels again? I think you see the pattern here… haha. Obsessed.
