Get the look – Saturday night✨

Hey guys, I hope you had a great weekend!

On Sunday, I posted a ‘Get Ready with Me’ reel to my Instagram, and you guys loved it! So I wanted to list the products below and explain how you can get the look!

To prep my skin, I started with the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum. I love this product! It gives the skin a gorgeous glow, feels so hydrated and plump, and works amazing under makeup.

I then put on the SOSU Cosmetics nourishing lip gloss from the Lip Care set. This is a gorgeous nourishing lip gloss to hydrate the lips. I think it works best if you apply it before you do your makeup, as it leaves a gorgeous pink tint on the lips, which in my opinion, is the perfect tint to go under any lipstick.

On my chest, I sprayed the Dripping Gold Born to Shine Body Glow oil in Gold. This is my favourite product for giving the skin that perfect sun-kissed glow. It comes in two shades, golden and bronze and can be used on the chest, arms and legs. I usually apply mine by spraying directly to the body part you want to apply and blending with our Dripping Gold Body Contouring Kabuki Brush.

For makeup, I started by applying the SOSU Cosmetics Radiance Base Glow all over my face as my base. I have talked about this product a few times, and it is an absolute non-negotiable in my makeup routine. It gives the perfect glow to the skin and can be worn on its own, under makeup or over tan. It comes in three shades, Glow, Cosmic Sheen and Skin Bronze.

I then applied the amazing (I am totally not biased!) Dripping Gold CC Cream in Shade 7 as my foundation. The CC Cream has SPF 45 in it and is super lightweight. This can be worn for a touch of coverage during the day and is buildable to take you from day to night without getting cakey or heavy on the skin.

For contour, I used the SOSU Cosmetics cream Contour Stick in Dark. Our cream sticks are super creamy and blend into the skin seamlessly. I just applied this product to the areas of my face like cheekbones, temples and nose. I blended my contour out using the SOSU Cosmetics double ended brushes. This set has four brushes, and one has the perfect shape for nose contour.

For blush, I used the SOSU Cosmetics Blush Stick in Rose. I applied this to the apples of the cheeks and used a new product I am testing out for SOSU Cosmetics, so you will have to watch this space!

For concealer, I used the SOSU Correcting Concealer in shade 4. I applied this to my under eyes, chin and forehead for added dimension. It is very brightening, and a little goes a long way. I then set those areas with the SOSU Loose Setting Powder in shade 01 Light. This is a very lightweight powder that doesn’t dry the skin out.

I set my skin by adding some setting spray. I can’t reveal the one I used as it is a potential new product for SOSU, but I recommend the Illuminating Bronze Glow setting mist from SOSU Cosmetics. This spray leaves a subtle shimmer and can be used on the face and body.

On my eyes, I used the SOSU Cosmetics Hot Fire palette. I took the’ Ignite’ shade on a fluffy eye brush and buffed that all over the eyelid.

For my eyebrows, I used the SOSU Cosmetics Bouncy Brow Duo in Medium-Dark. I took the small angled eyebrow brush from the double-ended brush set above and applied the smallest amount of product to my eyebrows to fill in any sparse area.

To bring back warmth to the face, I applied some Dripping Gold Endless Summer Bronzer just over the areas where I had applied the cream contour earlier. This lovely warm bronzer suits any skin tone and can be used on the face and body.

On the eyes, I used the MAC Stack mascara. I love this product right now as you can build on the eyes, and it doesn’t get cakey or clumpy.

On my lips, I used the SOSU Cosmetics Birthday Suit Lipstick and Lipliner. You guys know Birthday Suit is my all-time favourite! It is the perfect nude, in my opinion, and even though the lipstick is matte, it isn’t drying on the lips.

For a little something extra, I added the Dripping Gold Faux Freckle Pen. I dot the product anywhere I want to create the faux freckle and press over it with my finger to blend slightly. Then I gave myself a little spritz of the Dripping Gold Glitter Spray in Gold for some added sparkle.

And there you have it! I used all the above products to achieve that golden, glowy, sun-kissed look. You can shop them on SOSUbySJ.com. As always, guys, I love it when you give me and the team feedback, good and bad! So please let me know how you got on if you try any of the above products!
