One of the colours I am loving for Summer 14′ is this gorgeous coral/ strong orange lipstick shade. Coral is a colour that I feel suits every single skin tone and it definitely is a summer must have! I have been wearing this colour a lot in recent weeks and so many of you have been asking me on my Instagram what lipstick I am wearing, and, so today I am here to share my top 5 / favourite coral – orange lipsticks with you.
1. Rimmel Kate Moss #110
Price: €8.99
I wore this colour a LOT on my first trip to Marbella this summer for one of my best friends hen parties. This colour appears to be a juicy red shade in the tube, but when applied to the lips – it turns out to be a gorgeous bright coral/ orange tone.
2 MAC Vegas Volt
Price: €16.99
This is the lipstick I wore to my friends wedding a few weeks ago. I decided to wear a coral/ burnt orange dress and so I added a bit more of a orange pop and went with this colour on the lips too. This lipstick is a bright orange tone and it lasts all day. I only had to top up my lips twice or three times throughout the wedding 🙂
3. Bourjois Rouge Edition – Orange Pop #09
Price: €5.99
I have this lipstick about two years now and it is still a fav of mine. The reason I love the Bourjois one is becuase it stays silky and shiney on your lips.
4. No7 Bb Lips Beauty Balm – Orange Tube
Price: €11.75
BB Beauty Lips Beauty Balm (not the crayon) is an all-in- one lip balm that provides 3 lip-loving benefits of; Beautiful colour, soothing nourishment & UV Protection The Creamy formula provides a finish similar to lip gloss with a transparent hint of colour in a selection of easy to wear shades. I love the new orange one becuase it gives off a hint of colour but its moisturising and offers an SPF of 15 which is brilliant, especially during the summer months.
5. Inglot Freedom System Palette
Price: from €15
Inglot recently sent me out their new Freedom System x5 Palette and it has a range of stunning new Orange/peachy tones that are perfect for summer.
So there you have it -my top 5 favourite lippys. Of course most of them can be purchased from Boots and the MAC one from a local Mac store.
Happy Lipstick days!
Sue xx
Must try one of these 🙂 Because I bought a cheap 2EU one (W7 West End Girls) and it’s really bad quality. Have to apply it multiple times to get the bright, coral colour and it wears off really fast ;/
