Infamous Glamour Model Takes Action Against Corrie Actress

Josie Cunningham Closer Mag 581

While she may not be a household name for the reasons she wants to be, Josie Cunningham is certainly well known in the UK, over comments she made earlier this year about her pregnancy. The wannabe glamour model said she was planing on having an abortion so she could get into the Big Brother house after the tv show’s bosses were set to refuse her entry for health and safety reasons, once they realised she was pregnant.

Josie became a tabloid staple after making her comments, but later decided to keep her baby and it’s claimed she’s planning to sell a DVD of the birth instead. Now, in another move that’s angered the public, it’s claimed she is getting free taxi rides to get her kids to school courtesy of the taxpayer, because “riding the bus gives her an anxiety attack.”

Naturally enough some people are angry over this, not least Corrie star Catherine Tyldesley, who plays Eva Price on the soap. She wrote on Twitter, in a post that was later retweeted by her co-star Jack Shepherd before it was deleted: “If she ever gets on my bus, I’ll smack her myself. #disgrace.”

Josie, who was outraged by the tweet, has told The Sun newspaper she thinks Corrie should take action against the young actress, and has reportedly gone as far as reporting the tweet to the police.

Josie said of the tweet; “She glorified an attack on a pregnant woman to over 200,000 people.” According to the newspaper, Josie is even looking for compensation for emotional distress over the incident!!

It seems Josie is determined to keep her name in the papers no matter what the public think of her!
