Hello everyone, I hope you are having a gorgeous week.
Last weekend I was struck by that terrible dose that is going around. I was all blocked up, had a fever, chills, no energy and so I spent the weekend in bed and I am now on my second antibiotic, its been pretty quiet with me on this side but I am writing today to fill you all in on a gorgeous morning celebrating the launch of Glow, the debut book of the beautiful, Georgie Crawford.
Georgie is a health and wellness coach, the host of the podcasts, the Good Glow and Soul Sisters, a friend of mine for many years, a wife and a mum. She is one of the most inspirational people I know and after Georgie fell ill a number of a years ago, she has continued to show us all, day by day, how to become better versions of ourselves and live a happier, more fulfilled life.
I was delighted to be invited to the gorgeous Merrion hotel in Dublin today. Myself and my PA Lynsey headed in to meet Georgie and some lovely friendly faces like Oonagh O’Hagan from Meaghers Pharmacy, Nikki Whelan, Michelle McGrath, Courtney Smith, Audrey Hamilton, Gerry & Miriam Hussey, just to name a few. We had a gorgeous breakfast of fruit, fresh pastries, avocado, eggs and sourdough toast, and it was absolutely stunning.
Jamie, Georgie’s husband greeted us all by saying a few words about his lovely wife and then we were graced by the gorgeous author herself. Georgie spoke about how she believes the world to be like a mirror, and that what you put out, you attract back to you and I couldn’t agree more. Georgie’s story really is so inspiring and having faced many push backs over the years she is a testament that if you continue to persevere you will do what you’re destined to do.
Glow is a book for someone who feels that they’re stuck in a cycle of constant busyness but feels that they’re waiting to start living.
It is 5 steps to create the life you dream about and having read a few chapters already I am dying to get stuck into this book.
