Buy Of The Week

Product of the week⭐

Hello everyone! I hope you’re keeping well.

I know I said this post would be live on Monday but I came down with a tummy bug Monday evening and it knocked me for six on Tuesday, so I took the day to rest and I’m happy to finally get this post live.

As mentioned, I am so excited to be bringing back my ‘Product of the Week’ reviews. I am here today to fill you all in on my current skin prep and skin maintenance routine and what products I cannot live without at the moment.

In order to keep my skin bronzed and hydrated (like the photo above) I have 3 key products that are absolutely essential.

  1. The Prep

Prepping your skin is non-negotiable if you are a regular tanner, but its also vital in keeping the skin fresh. To do this, I use the Dripping Gold Pre-Party Polish Body Scrub and the Dripping Gold Exfoliating Mitt when I am in the shower. By gently buffing the Pre-Party Polish Body Scrub into the skin, your going to remove all those dead skin cells and revitalise your skin leaving it soft and smooth.

This body scrub will deeply cleanse and exfoliate your skin as it has natural and mineral exfoliants including salicylic acid (BHA), volcanic sand, pumice and ocean-friendly bio-cellulose, which is kind to your skin (I am not biased I swear!) It is just an incredible product and is also dermatologically tested and approved! If you want to try for yourself you can purchase here.

2. Hyrdration

Now for my Product of the Week ….. the Lait Corporel Anti-Drying Body Milk by Biotherm.

I love this stuff!!! Its amazing and super affordable too. I recently went on the hunt for a really good body moisturiser because I was noticing my skin was extremely dry. I suppose its a result of the cold weather we were experiencing and also because of all the extra make-up and tan toppers I am applying every week. I purchased the Lait Corporel Anti-Drying Body Milk and fell in love instantly. It really keeps the skin so hydrated, its literally like a drink for my skin, it just totally absorbs it when I apply it, its not sticky or oily which is a plus & it has a gorgeous orange scent, so nice!

3. Giving the skin a glow

And for my final step. The next morning after I have applied the Lait Corporel Anti-Drying Body Milk I then pop on a layer of the Dripping Gold ‘Glowing Steady’ Gradual Tan in light-medium.

I am loving gradual tan at the moment! I find it gives my skin the most natural finish. The formula is so lightweight and having previously exfoliated and hydrated my skin, this glides on effortlessly. Gradual tan is also perfect for tan beginners or someone looking to top up a pre-existing tan. It is also fragrance free and suitable for pregnancy. If you want to try it you can grab it here and if you do try it let me know in the comments what you think.

And there you have it guys. I know it might seem biased as I am recommending my own products from Dripping Gold but as you guys know, Dripping Gold is my baby, I have poured my heart and soul into these products and I know they’re made with the best skin loving ingredients. I hope you enjoy.

How much is the Lait Corporel Anti-Drying Body Milk? – for the 400ml it is €17.95 and you can purchase it from Parfum Dreams.
