Product List: Last Nights FULL Makeup Look!

sue makeup

As I already told you guys, Dylan and I headed along to the film premiere of Transformers: Age Of Extinction last night, (you can read all about my outfit post here) …. but now I am going to tell you about my full makeup look!

After I posted a picture to my IG and Facebook last night, I received a ton of questions from readers about the type of makeup products I had used.

Well, I promised you the full list and here it is!

Foundation base:

Naked Skin Bronzing Balm is my new fave foundation prep. This balm is GREAT for giving your skin that dewy effect, and it contains SPF 20 which is something everyone should be incorporating into their makeup routine daily! The balm comes in two shades, a pinky one and a bronzed one… and last night I opted for the bronzed look.

Foundation:

Last night I decided to try out the new Vichy DERMAblend and I was very impressed! Dermablend is a corrective foundation, so it literally hides EVERY single flaw on your face and makes your skin look porcelain. I was laughing away to myself in the car on the way to the premiere, because a few people on my IG were accusing me of having photoshopped/edited my face, which I totally didn’t!! Yes we all love a good instagram filter and the VERY odd time I would remove a big spot or something…. but this picture is genuine! Sure you can still see the fine lines around my eyes and the slight bump/spot on my right cheek! Anyway…. when I read the comments, I actually turned to Dylan and said, well it just goes to show how good that makeup is! 😉

I took the top picture in the car in broad daylight, so you could get a clear view of what it’s like on. Personally, I was so impressed by the coverage it gives, and I will 100% be reviewing this soon! Lots of you were also asking about the shade I used – it’s shade 35 Sand.

Blush:

Naked Flushed Blush Palette in Native. This little palette has a range of 3 colours – bronzer, pink blush and highlighter. I usually apply bronzer over the usual contouring areas followed by some blush on my cheeks, but because I was wearing a dress with some floral pink patterns, I decided to keep the girl-next-door look and opted for this stunning shade of pink blush. I also popped on a tiny bit of theBalm’s Hot Mama Blush over the pink, to tone it down a bit. The Hot Mama Blush is like a natural peachy colour, and it just gives that lovely natural pink hue to the cheeks.

Highlighter:

My FAVE step in makeup – highlighter!! I added some highlighter to the tips of my cheekbones using the Mary Lou Illuminator from theBalm.

Eyeshadow:

I used this deadly new eyeshadow palette called NUDE’tude by theBalm. I included this palette most recently in my June Favourites. It’s so good, and will 100% become my most used palette. I oped for a nude eye with lashes and liner last night so I used two of the shades from this palette to keep the eye looking natural enough. I applied the shade ‘stand-offish’ all over the eye followed by some ‘seductive’ in the crease.

Liner:

As always, I went with my Rimmel GLAM EYES for my liquid, and the Mayeblline Master Kajal for my waterline (read my full review here).

Brows:

I used the new HD palette and some MeMeMe Angel Arch Gel to hold the brows in place  – I love this stuff! (read my full review here)

Lips:

I slicked on some MAC lipstick in the shade, ‘Girls About Town’, finished off with some Kiko gloss in shade #23.

And that’s it! Hope you guys enjoyed this makeup run through!
