This girl is going to be EVERYWHERE!
Not because she’s Kendall Jenners bff, but because she is the new face of Maybelline!
Gigi Hadid will be fronting the brand’s new campaign, and the news was broken by the model herself on her Instagram account yesterday.
When I attended the Marc Jacobs show in New York last December, I immediately spotted Kendall Jenner on the runway, but little did I know that the next big face in modelling was also walking alongside her! I literally only just read tonight that Gigi had walked that show too!
The model, whose mother is Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster, said she was at a loss for words over her new role as the face of Maybelline.
Gigi was highly tipped to be one of the new faces of Victoria Secret. She had even auditioned for the 2014 annual show but was rejected at the last minute.
True to form, she didn’t wallow in her bad luck (or a tub of Ben & Jerrys), instead she went straight back to the boxing ring and continued on as usual.
Gigi has already started shooting the new Maybelline campaign and even shared with her Instagram followers this particular image from the shoot:
